Conference Overview

2026 2nd International Conference on Higher Education, the Arts,  Psychology, and Management Sciences (APMS 2026)  will be held offline in Paris, France, on April 25-26, 2026. As an interdisciplinary global academic exchange platform, it brings together university scholars, researchers and industry practitioners worldwide, focusing on core topics including innovative development of higher education, artistic creation and theoretical research, psychological application and practice, and cutting-edge exploration of management science, to share frontier research findings and industry experience.

Adhering to international academic norms, APMS 2026 has set up a global expert review committee and adopted a double-blind review mechanism to ensure academic quality, strictly prohibiting plagiarism, multiple submissions and other academic misconducts. Scholars at home and abroad are sincerely invited to submit papers by March 10, 2026 (a recommended deadline subject to adjustment).

All accepted papers will be published in GBP Proceedings Series (ISSN (O): 3078-7718; ISSN (P): 3078-770X) and indexed in authoritative databases. Authors must complete conference registration and present their papers on-site for publication eligibility. Excellent papers will be recommended for publication in international core journals.
