In response to the global digital transformation trend and China’s strategic deployment for developing the digital economy, [ACM] 2026 International Academic Conference on Digital Economy, Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence (DEBAI 2026) 2026 will be held in Yichun, China from July 3 to 5, 2026.

Centered on the theme Empowering Innovative Development of Digital Economy with Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence, the conference focuses on cutting-edge research and practical applications in interdisciplinary fields including digital economy governance, underlying blockchain technologies and applications, optimization of artificial intelligence algorithms, industrial digital transformation, data security and privacy protection. It aims to build a frontier information exchange platform for global scholars, industry practitioners and leaders, break down barriers between academic research and industrial practice, connect world-class academic resources with China’s dynamic digital economy ecosystem, promote the transformation of innovative ideas into implementable industrial solutions, and integrate talents, technologies and capital to support the sustainable development of the global digital economy. Paper Publication

All submissions must undergo review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. After a rigorous review process, all finally accepted papers will be published in the ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series)(ISBN: 979-8-4007-0020-0). Once published, the papers will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

  • Use the conference template for formatting (available for download below).
  • All text should be double-spaced.
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.
