Foreign Scientific Periodical Database (Abstract Edition) Library and Information is a serial electronic publication approved by the National Press and Publication Administration. It is supervised by Chongqing Xinhua Publishing Group Co., Ltd. and sponsored by Chongqing Luhai Media Co., Ltd. The journal accepts manuscripts covering reader research and services, information science research, literature and archives, library construction and management, digital libraries, national reading and reading promotion, as well as other relevant fields.

Aims

• Centered on promoting the integration of library and information theoretical research with institutional practical operation, it stands on the overall layout of global public cultural service development, focuses on the core value of information technology innovation in library resource management, personalized reader service, archive preservation and national reading popularization, and helps resolve core operational bottlenecks restricting the high-quality development of public library and information undertakings.
• To boost international academic exchanges and cross-disciplinary cooperative research in the library and information industry, deeply explore empowering paths of information theoretical innovation and digital technology optimization for the standardized construction of global modern libraries and inclusive public cultural services, and provide rigorous, standardized academic support for theoretical innovation and on-site implementation in all library and information sub-disciplines.
