Journal of Seismic Exploration (JSE)
Journal of Seismic Exploration (JSE) is an international medium that publishes research on seismic modeling, processing, inversion, interpretation, field techniques, borehole techniques, tomography, instrumentation, and software. The purpose and goal of JSE are to serve the interests and objectives of seismic oil exploration. All seismic processing methods are based on assumptions and prerequisites—when these are satisfied, the methods are effective; when they are violated, the methods become ineffective and may fail. The latter can contribute to the drilling of dry exploration wells and suboptimal development wells.
