The conference will be held in Berlin, Germany from July 29 to 31, 2026. As an academic event focusing on cutting-edge fields, BPEEE 2026 gathers experts and scholars worldwide in the disciplines of information engineering, Internet of Things, intelligent buildings, electric power energy and environmental engineering. It conducts in-depth discussions on interdisciplinary integration and technological innovation applications, aiming to build a high-level platform for academic exchange and achievement presentation. The conference endeavors to promote technological upgrading in information engineering, coordinated development of the Internet of Things and intelligent buildings, efficient optimization of electric power energy systems, as well as the transformation and implementation of groundbreaking research achievements in green and low-carbon technologies for environmental engineering.
Topics of submission include but are not limited to: theories and applications of information engineering; architecture design, data perception and intelligent processing technologies of the Internet of Things; automation of intelligent buildings and optimization of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; renewable energy development, intelligent regulation of power systems and power grid technologies; industrial automation and robotic technologies; environmental impact assessment and energy-saving technologies in environmental engineering.
All submissions will undergo a fast peer review process, with a review cycle of 2–3 working days. Accepted papers will be published in the GBP Proceedings Series (Online ISSN: 3078-7718, Print ISSN: 3078-770X), and indexed by CNKI, Google Scholar, CrossRef, Scilit, ResearchGate and other databases. We sincerely welcome researchers and engineers at home and abroad to participate in the conference. In Berlin, a city integrating historical heritage and technological vitality, we will discuss cutting-edge developments in relevant fields and present the latest research achievements together.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published into GBP Proceedings Series ISSN(O): 3078-7718 ISSN(P): 3078-770X, and submitted to CPCI, CNKI for indexing.Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

BPEEE 2026 adheres to strict publication ethics guidelines. All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism using advanced detection software. Authors are expected to follow ethical practices in conducting and reporting their research, including proper citation of sources, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and adherence to ethical guidelines for research involving human subjects or animals.

Paper Formatting
General Guidelines: Papers must be written in English. Maximum length: 8 pages (including references, figures, and tables). Use the conference template for formatting. All text should be double-spaced. Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides. Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.
Structure: Title (bold, 14-point font, centered), Authors' names and affiliations (12-point font, centered), Corresponding author's email address (12-point font, centered), Abstract (250-300 words, single-spaced), Keywords (3-5 keywords, separated by commas), Main text (sections with headings), References, Figures and tables (each on a separate page, with captions)
Submission Process
Create an account on the conference website. Log in to your account. Click on "Submit Paper" in the main menu. Fill in the paper information (title, authors, abstract, keywords). Upload your paper in PDF format. Submit your paper.
