Submission Guidelines

• Papers should be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
• Papers should be written in English, with a maximum length of 8 pages (including references).
• Authors should follow the conference template for formatting their papers.
• Submissions should include an abstract of 250-300 words, keywords, and full contact information for all authors.

Paper Publication

Papers submitted to SGES 2026 will undergo strict review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. Finally accepted papers will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services（ISBN：979-8-3503-4361-8） and included in IEEE Xplore. After publication, the journal publisher will submit the papers to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
