All submissions must undergo review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. After a rigorous review process, all finally accepted papers will be published in the ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series)(ISBN: 979-8-4007-0020-0). Once published, the papers will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
ETSI 2026 adheres to strict publication ethics guidelines. All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism using advanced detection software. Authors are expected to follow ethical practices in conducting and reporting their research, including proper citation of sources, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and adherence to ethical guidelines for research involving human subjects or animals.
