NPSPE 2026 will be held in Harbin, China, during December 25–27, 2026, with offline participation open. As an authoritative international academic platform in energy and power systems and power electronics fields, it gathers global university scholars, technical experts and industrial practitioners, focusing on core topics including new energy power system design, power electronic devices and applications, power system operation and control, energy conversion technology and power equipment condition monitoring, to exchange cutting-edge research results and industrial application experience.
In strict compliance with SPIE academic standards, NPSPE 2026 sets up a global expert review committee and adopts double-blind peer review to ensure academic quality, strictly prohibiting academic misconduct. Accepted papers will be officially published by SPIE Conference Publishing Services, indexed in EI Compendex and Scopus.
Authors of accepted papers must complete registration and present orally; otherwise, papers will not be published. Excellent papers will be recommended for publication in SCI/EI indexed international core journals. We look forward to gathering all colleagues in Harbin to promote academic exchanges and technological innovation.
